The motor, chain, and reducer of the automated assembly line can be said to be the core components of the entire automated assembly line equipment; Compared to the components of the entire automated assembly line equipment, it is necessary to understand some basic maintenance methods for automated assembly lines.
1. Maintenance method for automatic assembly line machine head reducer: After about three months of initial use, drain the oil inside the reducer, clean it with diesel or gasoline, and immediately add new lubricating oil in the middle of the observation window. You can change the lubricating oil once a year in the future. Excessive lubricating oil may cause the gearbox to heat up, and excessive motor load may cause the motor protection switch to trip. Too little lubricating oil may cause the gearbox to heat up, increase noise, and cause the gearbox to hang up and be scrapped.
2. Maintenance methods for chains: After long-term operation, the original lubricating oil may evaporate due to heat, resulting in unbalanced operation, increased noise, crawling, etc. At this point, open the sealing plate at the rear and add butter or thick lubricating oil to the chain.
3. More importantly, the motor must not be flooded, and diesel and liquid organic compounds should not be added to the motor, as this may cause insulation damage and motor failure. For the rest, please refer to the electrical manual for motor maintenance and upkeep.
