There are several common faults and troubleshooting methods for vibrating discs:
1、 After connecting the power supply, if there is no vibration, check whether the fuse of the electrical controller is melted, whether the electrical components are loose, and whether the plug and socket are in poor contact. If the conveying speed does not meet the requirements, pay attention to the following three points:;
1. Check if the screws fastening the elastic components are loose
2. Check if the spring plate is broken
3. Is the electromagnetic gap too large? The normal gap corresponds to a distance of 0.5mm to 1.2mm between the electromagnet and armature of the small vibration disk. The non parallelism between the iron core and the working surface of the armature should not exceed 0.02mm.
2、 There are two reasons why the temperature of the electromagnetic coil is too high or the coil is burned out:
1. If the distance between the electromagnetic and armature is too large, the coil is prone to burning out
2. Electromagnets suitable for full wave vibration may experience high temperatures when used in half wave power supplies.
