The vibration of the vibrating disc is weak or too slow, and sporadic or irregular feeding may be caused by the following reasons:
1. The spring plate is broken, which requires replacing it with a new one and adjusting it to stabilize the machine.
2. The bottom plate is too thin.
3. Defects in the installation table, lack of hardness. If suspended on the equipment table, it will cause weak vibration. The thickness of the table must be at least 1-1/2 "to prevent vibration absorption. The cylindrical support feet must be equipped with triangular support plates.
4. The countertop is not level.
5. There are debris inside the vibrating disc.
6. The gap between the electromagnets is not appropriate.
7. The rapid pace of the machine caused the parts to slip off inside the vibrating disc.
8. There are too many materials.
9. The fluctuation of the power grid causes voltage instability.
