Job responsibilities:

Responsible for accurately and timely assembling mechanical parts and accessories according to the requirements of mechanical drawings.

Standardized operation, standardized layout, and prohibition of rough operation.

Responsible for temporary modification operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and grinding of machining and other parts.

Assist engineers in mechanical debugging, electrical and software debugging of the production line.

Record, provide feedback, provide suggestions, and address any issues that arise during installation and debugging.

At the customer's installation and debugging site, lead the negotiation and communication with the customer, organize trial operation and acceptance work.

Can detect short circuits, open circuits, and incorrect circuits in the circuit.

Responsible for managing the tools used by oneself.

Participate in project design review.

Responsible for assisting in pre shipment inspection, packaging, loading and unloading, etc.

Propose quality improvement suggestions.

Complete the work temporarily arranged by the leader.

Job requirements:

More than 2 years of experience in assembly, debugging, and maintenance of non-standard equipment and production lines. Able to understand assembly and component drawings

Capable of operating milling machines and lathes to a certain extent. Has a good foundation in fitters

Have a certain understanding of the processing technology of components

Having a certain understanding of electrician knowledge, those who can wire are preferred

Has a strong sense of responsibility, works diligently and responsibly. Can endure hardship and hard work

Vocational school diploma or above, aged between 22 and 35, male
